… and goes against BBCG Guidelines Section 3.3.28 - Correcting Mistakes (Supporting) showing that the BBC is unwilling to correct the mistakes that have been pointed out to them in good time
Really need to write out a Detailed bit to touch on many things, but this isn’t of as grave importance since most aspects are mentioned in various Arguments above.
<aside> ✍️ The output violates Sections 1.2, 3.1, 3.3.1, 3.3.8, 4.3.2 - 4.3.8, and 3.3.22-23.
It unfairly targets and misrepresents private clinics, favours NHS assessment as the standard. Use of conversion %, online nature, and duration undermines private practices without context or corroboration for a balanced view.
The delay in correcting mistakes violates 3.3.28, causing measurable harm to people with ADHD.

The idea is to combine the most blatantly violated BBC/Ofcom Guidelines and put them in one Argument, one of the strongest for sure.
PLUS research into the discrepancies between the BBC letters, the episode and two online articles.
Wasn't it Rory the Tory himself saying in the articles on this shittumentary that when doing his 'reaserch,' he joined those Facebook groups? And even if it is how they said that it was one of the other producers, who is female, that joined those groups - how does it make it better 🤣. “Dr Smith concluded that Carson does not have ADHD.” in the article is factually inaccurate, since Dr Smith states that he isn’t prepared to diagnose ADHD but didn’t rule it out.
“He was assessed by a nurse who was new to the clinic and being supervised by another nurse. NICE guidelines say assessments must be conducted by a psychiatrist or a suitably qualified clinician.” what a twisted way to not say it’s bad but also imply that it’s incorrect.
